Immerse yourself in two days of cycling joy at Golding Kids Colour Ride on Saturday, August 15th and BMA River 2 Reef Ride on Sunday, August 16th. Start the weekend with the vibrant Golding Kids Colour Ride where young riders aged between three to twelve years old can pedal through bursts of color, creating a memorable splash as they navigate their bikes through playful courses designed for fun.
The following day welcomes all ages and skill levels at the BMA River 2 Reef Ride. Choose from various distances that cater to everyone’s fitness level and cycling experience, whether you’re an enthusiastic beginner or seasoned rider. The route offers breathtaking views of scenic landscapes while challenging terrains provide a thrilling ride through diverse terrain types.
In 2026, this year's event celebrates "Riding for Community", with over $35,000 pledged to local community organizations. Participants can support their favorite clubs and groups by linking their registration directly; each entry includes a donation of $5 from the registration fee back to your chosen organization.
Adding an extra touch of excitement is this year’s winning Youth Design Cycle Jersey, available for purchase at the event. Not only will you be sporting a unique design, but another portion of the proceeds – $5 per jersey sold – goes directly to the linked community group or club.
