BR Youth Road Race

Distance: One Mile

ELIGIBILITY:  THE RACES ARE OPEN TO YOUTH WHO ARE ENROLLED IN GRADES K-8, IN THE BRIDGEWATER-RAYNHAM SCHOOL DISTRICT OR WHO LIVE IN BRIDGEWATER OR RAYNHAM BUT ATTEND SCHOOL IN ANOTHER SETTING (Private or home-schooled).

WHERE:   THE RACES WILL BE STAGED AT BRIDGEWATER-RAYNHAM REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL. Check in and Day of Race Registration will take place in the high school cafeteria, inside the main entrance. ALL PRE-REGISTERED ENTRANTS MUST CHECK IN AND PICK UP THEIR RACE NUMBER BY 1:45. 

COURSE:  The one mile race will be staged on the BRRHS roadway, starting near the front of the high school, going down the roadway toward the North Street gate, then returning to the start.

PARKING: Please enter the school area from Center Street and park in the lots nearest to the football stadium.  No traffic will be allowed on the BRRHS roadway beyond those parking lot entrances, and no access from North Street.

PARENTS:  MAY RUN ALONG WITH OR BEHIND YOUNGER CHILDREN IN THE K-2 RACE ONLY.   (Only the children will wear race numbers and should cross the finish line.  Parents should monitor their children to make sure they run the course correctly and in its entirety.)

ENTRY FEE:  All entry fees are being covered by Dan Lamoureux - Movementum Realty. We will be accepting donations for the Bridgewater 4th of July Com.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE SIGNED UP PRIOR TO THE CLOSE OF ONLINE 
REGISTRATION (May 17th at midnight). WE WILL UNFORTUNATELY NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE DAY-OF SIGN UPS.

child‘s name and not the name of the parent/guardian
