BREAK FAST RUN

Breakfast Run Castellón 2027 is an engaging and lively training session for runners looking to kickstart their day with some exercise before the big marathon. Scheduled for Saturday, February 13th at 8:30 AM, this event begins in Sala "El Grau" (formerly OPAL) where participants will gather prior to the Expo-Maratón.
The name "Breakfast Run" is apt as it offers a morning workout designed to loosen up runners’ legs before tackling longer distances. Following the run, refreshments are provided to help everyone start their day energized and ready for whatever challenges lie ahead at the Expo-Maratón.
Participants will enjoy a comprehensive warm-up routine that includes an easy-paced continuous run, followed by general joint mobility exercises and stretching. The session concludes with ten minutes of Q&A led by special guest athletes who can answer any questions attendees might have about running techniques or training tips. Refreshments such as water and isotonic drinks are also available to help participants stay hydrated.
To participate in Breakfast Run Castellón, you must be registered for either the Marató bp Castelló marathon or 10K FACSA Castelló race. Registration is free but includes an optional donation to collaborating NGOs. If you're not signed up for these races and still wish to join, a fee of €6 will grant you access.
This event promises a friendly atmosphere with fellow runners sharing tips and enjoying the morning together in the heart of Castellón.
