Breakfast Run Castellón 2027
Breakfast Run Castellón es un entrene popular y divertido, con los atletas invitados, la quedada será en la Sala "El Grau" (antiguo OPAL) también realizaremos la Expo-Maratón ( https://maps.app.goo.gl/edKKNTi9WjDgJ9rL9 ) a las 08:30 h de la mañana del sábado 13 de febrero.
¿Por qué Breakfast?
Porque será un entrene para soltar piernas, antes de un maratón y, al finalizar, te daremos un desayuno para que puedas empezar el día en forma y con las reservas al máximo, junto a la Expo-Maratón.
El entrene tiene dos vertientes:
En cuanto a la ACTIVACIÓN (BreakFast Run) realizaremos un calentamiento que consistirá en:
+ Carrera continua suave
+ Movilidad articular general
+ Estiramientos
Para acabar, 10 minutos de consejos o dudas de la mano de los atletas invitados para los que quieran preguntar cualquier cosa, y un refrigerio de agua y bebidas isotónicas.
Inscripción gratuita (Donativo voluntario para las ONG's colaboradoras) Breakfast Run sólo para participantes inscritos en la Marató bp Castelló o 10K FACSA Castelló.
Si no estás inscrito a las carreras, también puedes participar en Break Fast Run previa inscripción con cuota de 6€.
