Break the Silence for Domestic Violence 5K Run/Walk 2026

Join us on Saturday, October 10, 2026 for the Break the Silence For Domestic Violence 5K Run/Walk at Tibbetts Brook Park. This meaningful event aims to raise awareness and support survivors of domestic violence while honoring those who have been lost.
Participants will gather early in the morning with registration opening at 8 AM, followed by an inspiring opening ceremony at 9 AM. The race itself begins promptly at 9:30 AM on a scenic loop trail within Tibbetts Brook Park's picturesque grounds. Whether you're running or walking, this event offers a beautiful setting to show your support and raise funds for YCAP, the Yonkers Community Action Program.
The park is located at 355 Midland Ave., Yonkers, NY 10704, near the Pavilion area where all activities will take place. Parking will be available from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM on a first-come-first-served basis within designated sections of the park.
