### Event Overview

Location: Start at the Skogsluffarna Clubhouse in Brotorp (Skarpnäcks gårdsväg 100)
The event offers a variety of distances to cater to all levels: a fun kids' run (~2.5 km), and challenging courses for runners including 7 km, 14 km, and the full marathon distance of 21 km.
### Race Day Details
- Start Times:
- First wave (21 km): 10:00 AM
- Second wave (14 km): 10:30 AM
- Third wave (7 km): 11:00 AM
- Kids' run: 11:15 AM
- Bib Collection:
Bibs will be distributed on the day of the race at Skogsluffarna's clubhouse. Arrive early to ensure you have enough time before your start.
### Course Highlights
The trail is a technical loop through some of Nackareservatet’s most beautiful and varied terrain, featuring roots, hills, narrow paths, and elevation changes that will keep runners engaged throughout the course. The route is marked with closely spaced orange signs for easy navigation.
### Race Day Amenities
- Water Stations:
Along the way, you’ll find water stations equipped with sports drinks, bananas, and snacks to fuel your run.

- Toilets:
Toilets are available at the start location but not along the course itself.
The race has a strict cut-off time of four hours for all participants on the longest distance. If unforeseen circumstances arise during the event and you need to withdraw, inform either the race officials or volunteers stationed along the route.
### Medical Support
Basic first aid supplies are available at water stations, while more comprehensive medical assistance is provided by a dedicated health officer back at Brotorp. In case of an emergency on course, contact race control for immediate help.
### Post-Race Celebrations
- Food and Drink:
All runners completing the 7 km, 14 km, or 21 km distances will be treated to hamburgers (including vegetarian options) at the finish line. Spectators can enjoy waffles and coffee from a nearby café.

- Showers:
Basic changing facilities with showers are available near Brotorp for those who need them; however, it’s recommended that you shower at home.
### Awards Ceremony
Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in each distance category as well as prizes for young runners. The ceremony is scheduled around noon (12:30 PM) after all races have concluded.
### Registration Information
Registration includes a donation towards supporting local orienteering youth, ensuring they can attend training and competition camps throughout the year.
