Brussels 20km

The 46th edition of the 20km de Bruxelles will take place on Sunday, May 31, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM from the Parc du Cinquantenaire in Brussels, Belgium. The event is sold out, with a waitlist available. The course covers 20 km and 100 m, passing the most iconic monuments of Brussels and the Brussels-Capital Region.

All participants must follow the official regulations. The registration fee is non-refundable. Modifications to an existing registration are free and done online using the registration reference number. The organizers recommend a medical examination before the race. Bib numbers are assigned based on previous year's time or a reference time on an equivalent distance, subject to availability. Bib pickup is possible at the office (Rue de la Chapelle 17, Brussels) from Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00, on Friday May 29 and Saturday May 30, or at the INFO stand on the Esplanade du Cinquantenaire. Race day bib pickup is not available except for international participants.

• Baggage storage is free at the Royal Army Museum (Air Hall section). Paid lockers are also available. Organizers are not liable for loss or theft.
• Six water stations with reusable SPA cups are positioned along the course. One Powerade station is located in Bois de la Cambre. Food at the finish: banana (Delhaize), cereal bar (Be-Kind), and HiPRO drink (Danone).
• Medical assistance is provided by the Red Cross at 14 tents along the course.
• Finish medals are awarded to all who cross the line. Medal engraving with finish time is available at the INFO stand for a fee. Diplomas can be printed online.
• The inter-team challenge is open to teams of minimum 10 persons; ranking based on the five best times within the team.

The course map is available in PDF format. Multiple music bands perform along the route. Spectators are encouraged. After the course closure vehicle passes, participants must follow standard traffic rules. Used cups must be disposed in designated zones near the drink stations for reuse in future editions.
