The 46th edition of the 20km de Bruxelles will take place on Sunday, May 31, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM from the Parc du Cinquantenaire in Brussels, Belgium. The event is sold out, with a waitlist available. The course covers 20 km and 100 m, passing the most iconic monuments of Brussels and the Brussels-Capital Region.

All participants must follow the official regulations. The registration fee is non-refundable. Modifications to an existing registration are free and done online using the registration reference number. The organizers recommend a medical examination before the race. Bib numbers are assigned based on previous year's time or a reference time on an equivalent distance, subject to availability. Bib pickup is possible at the office (Rue de la Chapelle 17, Brussels) from Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00, on Friday May 29 and Saturday May 30, or at the INFO stand on the Esplanade du Cinquantenaire. Race day bib pickup is not available except for international participants.
The course map is available in PDF format. Multiple music bands perform along the route. Spectators are encouraged. After the course closure vehicle passes, participants must follow standard traffic rules. Used cups must be disposed in designated zones near the drink stations for reuse in future editions.
The 20km de Bruxelles is Belgium's largest sporting event, combining a monumental city course with extensive support services for runners, walkers, and handisport participants, all within a festive and charitable atmosphere celebrating its 46th edition in 2026.
