Welcome to the Bocksten TrailRun Winter! This unique race offers runners an unforgettable experience through Åkulla’s enchanting winter landscape. As snow blankets the trails, you’ll glide along ancient paths that tell tales of King Bore and his reign over these serene woods.
Choose from a 5km, 12km, or 24km route to explore this magical setting at your own pace. The event is designed for all levels, inviting both casual runners and seasoned trail enthusiasts alike to immerse themselves in the tranquil beauty of winter.
The trails wind through dense pine forests where snow-covered branches create a serene backdrop, offering moments of solitude and reflection. Participants will also enjoy scenic views across frozen lakes and meadows blanketed in pristine white.
To ensure everyone’s safety, please note that participation is at your own risk with no refunds for cancellations due to personal reasons or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Should the race be cancelled due to extreme conditions such as severe weather, illness outbreaks, natural disasters, or other force majeure events like war and lightning strikes, entries will automatically roll over to the Bocksten TrailRun Winter event in 2028.
