8-Week Fall Race Training Program
Perfect for anyone preparing for the Buffalo Half Marathon, Full Marathon, or other fall races!

What’s Included in the Program:

• Weekly Group Speed Workouts
  Tuesdays at 6:00 PM (starting from Alchemy Wine, Hamburg – location may vary based on track availability)
• Sunday Long Runs
  Sundays at 8:30 AM 
• Special Events & Team Challenges
  Including a scavenger hunt workout, a relay race night, and other fun surprises to keep training fresh and exciting
• Community, Accountability & Motivation
  Connect with others in your area through a focused training program.
• Cost: $100 for all sessions
