Devon's Running Events is excited to present the Bumble Bee Challenge Day 1 on September 11, 2027. This unique event offers runners and walkers of all abilities an opportunity to participate through their 'TUGG' system—Turn Up Get Going—which allows participants to start anytime between 7:30 AM and 2:30 PM but requires everyone to finish by 3:30 PM.
The scenic route follows a picturesque old disused train line, providing runners with an out-and-back course of exactly 5.3 kilometers each lap on tarmac terrain. The accurately measured distance ensures that the event is classified as road running, offering a smooth and consistent surface for all participants to enjoy.
Whether you're looking to complete one lap or push yourself further by tackling multiple laps within the time frame, every finisher will be recognized with an official medal celebrating their achievement. With limited spots available, early registration is advised to secure your place in this inclusive event where everyone who finishes before 3:30 PM is considered a winner.
