Butterfly Run Montréal

On Sunday, September 6, 2026, the Bois-de-Liesse Nature Park will come alive with the inaugural Butterfly Run Montréal. Organized by the With Love From Michael Foundation, this family-friendly fundraising event aims to raise awareness and support for families experiencing pregnancy and infant loss.
The run is designed to honor those who have faced the difficult reality of baby loss while also raising essential funds that help expand grief resources in hospitals across Montreal. Participants can register as individuals or join teams on Race Roster’s website, setting their own fundraising goals leading up to the event date. All proceeds will go toward providing memory boxes and miscarriage care kits for local healthcare facilities, ensuring families have access to compassionate support during a challenging time.
On the day of the run, participants are invited to gather at Bois-de-Liesse Nature Park starting at 10:00 AM. The event features a 5KM Memorial Walk that winds through picturesque trails and scenic landscapes, offering runners an opportunity for reflection and remembrance while enjoying nature’s beauty. After completing their walk, attendees can stay to enjoy the family-friendly atmosphere with activities designed for all ages.
For those unable to attend in person, a virtual race option is available from August 30th to September 6th, allowing participants to complete their 5KM route at any time and place of their choosing. This flexibility ensures that everyone has an opportunity to contribute to the cause regardless of location or schedule constraints.
