Caithness Half Marathon

Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of Caithness with the North Highland Harriers' Half Marathon. This undulating course offers runners an enchanting journey through quiet country lanes and single-track roads, starting and finishing in Watten.
Registration for this popular event takes place at Watten Village Hall (KW1 5YL) from 11:00 a.m., where you can collect your race number. The hall provides toilet facilities inside and public toilets are available nearby just outside the building. However, please note that there will be no showering options after the race.
Given limited car parking space at Watten Village Hall, organizers encourage participants to share rides if possible. The race begins promptly at noon from a short walk away from the village hall.
The route winds through picturesque landscapes surrounding Loch Watten, offering runners stunning views and a tranquil setting for their half marathon experience. As you navigate the undulating terrain, enjoy the scenic beauty of Caithness countryside.
In addition to medals and trophies, there will be spot prizes awarded throughout the race, adding an extra layer of excitement for participants.
