Join us for an inaugural celebration of community and movement at our homegrown 15K, 10K, and 5K runs. Kick off the morning with runners hitting the streets at 8:00 AM for the 15K, followed by the 10K starting half an hour later at 8:30 AM, rounding out with a more leisurely pace of 9:00 AM for the 5K participants. The race begins from Kelly's House located at 4 Riverview Ave. This event is all about embracing the spirit of community and camaraderie without any competitive pressure. There will be no timed events or podiums, making it perfect for runners who enjoy the journey more than the finish line. Whether you're running to cover kilometres, walking portions of the route with friends, or simply enjoying a relaxed pace, everyone is welcome. We'll provide bib numbers for all participants and take a group photo at the end of your run. After crossing the finish line, we invite you to join us in the backyard (or nearby field if needed) for a potluck celebration. Dress up in red and white, bring along a chair, and share a dish to contribute to our communal feast. RSVP by the designated date to help us plan for bib distribution, parking arrangements, and post-run gathering details. Let's come together this year to celebrate what it means to be Canadian with laughter, friendship, and good company on our minds.
