The 5K course follows a clockwise path along Wascana Lake's shoreline, while the 3K takes an out-and-back route that leads runners towards Pine Island before returning to the starting point. Prepared for your run is a locally designed Run Regina swag item, ensuring you stay comfortable and stylish throughout the event. Upon crossing the finish line, you'll receive a beautifully crafted Canada Day Finishers Medal by Sticks & Doodles as a memorable keepsake of your celebration. For those unable to join us in person, we offer virtual race options for both distances. Virtual registrants will have access to all races and can participate from anywhere at their own convenience. Chip timing is available for the in-person event, ensuring accurate results.
