Cardio Kidz is proud to partner with FLO Fitness and Martial Arts, a top-tier training facility with an incredible gym and dedicated coaches who inspire athletes of all levels. Owned by Pro MMA fighter and IL Boxing Hall of Famer Achour (Osh) Esho, FLO Fitness brings a championship mindset to every session. This dynamic space provides the perfect setting for kids to train like athletes while having fun!

Join us for 1 or 2 action-packed sessions where fitness meets fun! Cardio Kidz Conditioning is designed to help kids build strength, improve endurance, and boost confidence in a fun and supportive environment. Whether your child is a competitive athlete looking for supplemental training or just starting their fitness journey, this program provides the tools to help them succeed at their own pace.

Beyond the physical benefits, we focus on social-emotional growth—helping kids set goals, celebrate progress, and develop resilience. We believe accomplishments look different for everyone, and our goal is for every participant to leave feeling stronger, more confident, and excited to keep moving!
