Carrera Popular 5km y 10 km Running Pinto

On November 15, 2026, the Running Pinto Club Seoane-Pampín hosts its IV Carrera Popular, featuring both 5 km and 10 km races. The event takes place at the Parque Municipal de Pinto in Madrid, organized with support from the Ayuntamiento de Pinto.
The 5-kilometer race follows an asphalted urban circuit that is officially homologated by running authorities. Participants start near the Príncipes de Asturias Pavilion and finish along the main walkway of the park next to the lake. The route accommodates up to 500 runners, with a time limit of 45 minutes.
The 10-kilometer race consists of two laps around the same urban circuit used for the shorter distance. Both races commence on Sunday morning: the 5 km starts at 9:30 AM and the 10 km follows shortly after at 9:35 AM. The second lap checkpoint is strictly monitored, with a total time limit of 90 minutes.
Race details such as the exact route layout, water stations, and service points will be published on the club’s website and social media platforms closer to the event date. Race numbers equipped with timing chips, technical shirts, refreshments at both intermediate checkpoints and finish line for all participants, a secure baggage area, showers in the Príncipes de Asturias Pavilion (Sur Street), and parking facilities will be provided.
Registration costs €10 from September 7 to September 30, increasing to €12 thereafter until November 10 or when spaces are filled. Entry is open to individuals born on or before 2012; those aged 18-24 must have parental consent for the event. Trophies will be awarded in various categories including general and local classifications as well as age divisions, with separate awards given based on gender.
