The race takes place on Friday, July 31st, starting at Beaver Lake Pavilion inside Shelby Farms Park from 7:00 AM. This picturesque location serves as both the start and finish line for runners to enjoy panoramic views of Beaver Lake while crossing the levee toward the final stretch. The event offers a unique blend of natural terrain and serene settings that enhance the overall runner experience.
Participants can opt to bring their own hydration gear, such as cups or handheld bottles, as this is a cupless race with water stations strategically placed along both the 5-mile and 10-mile routes. For the 5 Miler, there are water stations at miles 1.5 and 3.5, while the 10 Miler features additional stops at miles 6.5 and 8.5 to ensure runners stay hydrated throughout their journey.
