About the Event

The Centennial Airport Runway 5K 2026 will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 9:00 AM MDT, starting at 13005 Wings Way in Englewood, CO 80112 (Centennial Airport). Runners and walkers will cover the course on Runway 10/28 and Taxiway D at one of the busiest general aviation airports in the world. The event is designed for all ages and abilities. The 5 km is immediately followed by post‑race festivities until 12:00 PM.

All participants must follow event rules as provided by the organizer. The event is sold out; a waitlist is available. Youth ages 12 and under receive a $10 discount. Parking is not available at the event site (ADA exception only); offsite parking and shuttle information will be posted on the event website. Advance packet pickup is available at Road Runner Sports (8457 South Yosemite Street, Lone Tree) on Sunday, May 31 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and on Friday, June 5 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Event day pickup is available on‑site starting at 8:00 AM.

Post‑race festivities include aircraft and vehicles on display, food, ice cream, beer (21+), engaging vendors with giveaways, and much more.
The event supports the Centennial Airport Foundation.
Volunteers receive a limited‑edition Race Volunteer T‑shirt. Volunteer spots are limited. Contact michelle@halsports.net for questions.
