In its fourth edition, this year’s lineup features three distinct routes departing from Aix-en-Provence on two consecutive days. On Sunday, October 4th, cyclists can choose between The Classic route covering a distance of 61km and climbing over 900 meters in elevation as it circles around the iconic Sainte-Victoire mountain, passing through sites closely associated with Cézanne’s life and work.
For those seeking more adventure on Sunday, there is also the Sambuc course stretching 102 km with a total climb of 1400 meters. This route takes riders to the heights of Var department, offering panoramic views from its perched villages.
On Saturday, October 3rd, intrepid cyclists can challenge themselves with The Ultra Cezanne, a daunting but rewarding 200km ride that ascends an impressive 2950 meters in elevation. This route offers an alternative way to explore the vast and varied landscapes of Provence.
Throughout the weekend, participants will enjoy convivial apéritifs, generous aid stations along each course, as well as a lively raffle draw and a traditional guinguette-style evening gathering under clear blue skies.
