Cherry Pit - 10 miler

2nd Leg of the Championship Series

THIS IS AN OPEN ROAD COURSE.
The race starts and finishes behind South River High School. Scenic rolling hills on the original Cherry Pit course. Keep to one side of the road, and do not run more than two abreast on Route 2. There will be course monitors at intersections.

Race Pace

You must be able to maintain a 15 minute per mile pace to compete in this race.

Entry Fee is $15. Annapolis Striders members will receive a club discount at checkout making the entry fee only $10.00.   If you would like to become a member, please visit -- https://runsignup.com/Club/MD/Annapolis/AnnapolisStriders. If the race is not sold out, race day registration will be $25.00 for everyone.

Open to ages 13 - 100.

You have nothing more to do.  You are already registered for this race. 

Workers Run
Workers runs are provided as a way for club members to both volunteer and maintain their Championship Series or club Ironman standing. Consult the Championship Series rules for details or the race director and Championship Series Coordinator with questions.

Please contact the race director about the workers run and to get Champ Series credit for this race.  

Packet Pickup

Packet pick up and race day registration (if not sold out): 6:45 to 7:45 AM. 
 

Water Stations

There will be 3 stations on the course with water and Gatorade. You may also want to carry your own hydration devices, especially if it is a warm day.

Timing

Results will be posted to this site and annapolisstriders.org.

Race Rules

No headphone, strollers, rollerblades or pets. This is to ensure the safety of all participants. Violators will be asked to vacate the course.
Follow direction of race monitors.
All decisions of the race director are final.
