Circuit du Sore Legs: A Challenging Track Experience for All Levels Join us for the seventh year of Circuit du Sore Legs, an invigorating race that promises to test your stamina and endurance on a pristine 400-meter athletics track. Whether you're aiming for personal bests or looking to tick off another item from your running bucket list, this event offers something unique. The race kicks off at Wodson Park Sports and Leisure Centre in Ware, Hertfordshire, with the first wave starting at 9am for both the 5k and 10k distances. All other participants will take to the track beginning at 10:15 am. The event features a range of challenging options including half marathon (52.75 laps), full marathon (105.5 laps), ultra distance (50k, 125 laps), and even a six-hour challenge with no lap limit. Each runner will be treated to the smooth surface of this traffic-free track, designed specifically for athletic performance. The venue offers ample free parking, ensuring that participants can easily make their way to the starting line well before race time. Registration opens around 30-45 minutes prior to your start time, allowing you enough time to collect your race number and receive crucial information about the day’s schedule. Supporters will have plenty of opportunities to cheer on runners as they pass by every lap, adding an extra layer of motivation throughout the event. Well-placed aid stations are strategically positioned around the track for easy access to hydration and nutrition during longer distances.
