About the Event

The City of Joondalup Coastal Quest 2026 Triathlon will take place on Sunday 13 December 2026

This is a popular short course triathlon race tradition on the Northern Beaches of Perth in the familiar Hillarys location, Joondalup! This popular summer race is suitable for novice and experienced athletes and is a Senior and Junior Triathlete of the Year series point scoring event.

Test yourself as an individual or team entry over the distance options of:

Tin Lids (Kids) Triathlon - 100m Swim / 3km Bike / 500m Run (suitable for all junior athletes 7-11 years )
Aqua Bolt - 300m Swim / 2km Run (suitable for all novice, juniors 12-19 years and senior athletes )
Bolt Triathlon - 250m Swim / 7km Bike / 2km Run (suitable for all novice athletes, juniors 12-15 years, 16-19 years and senior athletes )
Sprint Triathlon (State Series - Junior & Senior) - 750m Swim / 20km Bike / 5km Run (suitable for all juniors 14-19 years, novice athletes and individual senior athletes
Duathlon - 2km Run / 20km Bike / 5km Run (suitable for all juniors 14-19 years, novice and individual senior athletes
