Coffee Lovers Run 5K/10K/13.1 DENVER/AURORA

Race morning at the Arapahoe Regional Park, located off South University Boulevard near the intersection with East Alameda Avenue, is an early autumnal delight. The park's trees are beginning their seasonal transformation into vibrant hues of orange and red. Participants will start through winding paths lined with mature oaks, with a chance to catch glimpses of local wildlife in the crisp morning air.
This event has been running since 2018, making it a well-established fixture on Aurora’s race calendar. The course follows the scenic trails within Arapahoe Regional Park, providing a mix of flat terrain and slight elevation changes. Runners will be treated to an out-and-back route through the park's lush greenery before heading back towards the start/finish line area located near the park entrance on South University Boulevard. Aid stations are set up at strategic points along the course, ensuring participants stay hydrated.
Starting early at 7:00 AM sharp, runners will face a temperature range of around 6°C to 21°C with an average dew point making it feel cool but comfortable. The day is expected to be breezy with winds averaging about 11 km/h, which should not significantly impact performance due to the race's relaxed atmosphere.
The Coffee Lovers Run offers distances in flowing prose:

Participants need to register before the deadline on September 30th, with a fee of $41.48 for the 5K and Family Fun Run, $46.92 for the 10K, and $50.17 for the Half-Marathon. Virtual options are also available.
On race day, swag bags will be shipped directly to your address after you register online by September 30th. These include a running T-shirt (US only), finisher’s towel or giveaway, medal, digital training pack, and certificate of completion. Additionally, there is an invitation to join local run clubs.
Bib pickup occurs on race day at the start/finish line area near South University Boulevard in Aurora from 6:30 AM onwards. Bring your ID for age verification (under 18 must have guardian present).
