The run is designed as a series of waves that fill up quickly on a first-come, first-served basis. Waves start at 7:30 AM, followed by additional starts every half hour until the race reaches capacity. Each wave accommodates all paces and ages (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult), ensuring everyone feels welcome to run or walk alongside like-minded individuals.
No special equipment is required for this event; simply bring your running shoes and a sense of adventure. Our dedicated coordinators will guide you through the day, creating a supportive environment that’s free from stress so you can focus on enjoying the experience. Whether it's sharing laughs with fellow participants or savoring coffee at one of our pit stops along the route, this run is all about fostering connections and celebrating every mile.
For those who prefer to track their performance, timing apps like Strava are encouraged for recording your results. These times can be submitted via an easy online form provided by us and will then appear on our leaderboard for everyone to see. Alternatively, if you’d rather not keep tabs on the clock, simply enjoy the run at your own pace.
Upon signing up, participants receive a swag bag that includes:

Race day logistics are streamlined with no packet pickup necessary; simply provide us with the correct mailing address during registration and your race bib will be given out on-site. Shirts arrive via mail about a week before the event date to ensure you’re ready for the big day.
In case of last-minute registrations, we can accommodate these but note that shirts may take longer to ship due to timing constraints. For those who prefer flexibility, our virtual run option provides all the benefits without the need to be physically present on race day. Participants in this category receive a digital training pack and are encouraged to complete their miles whenever they choose.
