Welcome to Bloomsday Road Runners Club's (BRRC) 49th Colbert Autumn Classic Half Marathon and 4rd Annual 4-Mile Loop. Come run when the weather is cooler and prepping you for your Fall Marathons. Now that you have had the summer to put in the miles and maybe participated in some runs, BRRC wants you to continue your activity into the fall to prepare you for your fall Marathon by participating in-person at a great Fall Classic Half Marathon. Run the back roads of Colbert and Green Bluff. You will not only enjoy the beautiful scenery, but will get a finisher’s medal and sweatshirt, if ordered, for your efforts in the Half Marathon, Early Start and the 4-Mile Loop. The Colbert Half Marathon will be on Saturday September 26th starting at 9:00 a.m., with an early start at 8:00 a.m. (Half Marathon Only) for those who expect to finish in over 2.5 hours. The 4-Mile loop will start at 9am, the same time as the Half Marathon, but the start is at the school.
NOTE: Early Starters are not eligible for Division Awards
NOTE: IF YOU PRE-REGISTER FOR THE HALF MARATHON AND CHANGE YOUR MIND ON RACE DAY TO RUN THE HALF MARATHON EARLY START, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $10 CHARGE. THE CHANGE MAKES YOU INELIGIABLE FOR HALF MARATHON AWARDS. IF YOUR CHANGE IS FROM THE HALF MARATHON TO THE 4-MILER, YOU ARE ELEIGABLE FOR AN AWARD.

Colbert is an unincorporated community in Spokane County, Washington, United States. The town is on U.S. Route 2, north of the city of Spokane. Colbert was originally called Dragoon; the present name is for Harry Colbert, an early postmaster. A post office was established as Dragoon in 1890, and the name was changed to Colbert in 1902.
