Colmar pour Elles

On October 4th, 2026, the city of Colmar will host its second annual "Colmar Ensemble pour Elles," a solidarity walk and run event aimed at raising awareness about breast cancer. Organized by the Hôpitaux Civils de Colmar (HCC) and IFSI in collaboration with various healthcare professionals, this year's edition is set to welcome up to 2000 participants.
The event takes place on the scenic Plaine Pasteur grounds of Colmar, offering a safe space for individuals to walk or run at their own pace along an easy-to-navigate loop that measures approximately 600 meters. Participants are invited to contribute by making a donation of €10, which will be entirely directed towards enhancing services provided by the gynecology department at Hôpital Pasteur.
In addition to the physical activity, "Colmar Ensemble pour Elles" features an engaging village area packed with activities and information booths run by local partners. Here, visitors can enjoy live music while interacting with healthcare professionals who will provide valuable insights on women's health issues and cancer prevention strategies.
The event is open to all members of the community regardless of cultural or social background, fostering a sense of unity in tackling breast cancer together. Miss Alsace 2026 has graciously agreed to support this initiative by making an appearance at the venue.
Participants are encouraged to register online through le-Sportif.com and can choose their start time between 8:30 AM and noon on race day, allowing them flexibility based on personal schedules or preferences. The funds raised will be used specifically for creating a dedicated space within Hôpital Pasteur that caters to the unique needs of women affected by breast cancer.
