COPA MASTER DE ÁGUAS ABERTAS

On October 24, 2026, the Clube de Pesca de Santos hosts an open water swimming competition on Ilha das Palmas in Guarujá, São Paulo. This prestigious race caters exclusively to master athletes aged 30 and above, with categories ranging from age groups 40-44 up to 80+.
Competitors will face a challenging yet scenic course of 1500 meters that starts directly off the beach near a floating marker. Swimmers must navigate around a flag on Praia do Sangava before returning to the finish line at Ilha das Palmas Beach, where they will be greeted by cheering spectators and stunning ocean views.
