On October 11, 2026, the Corrida Itapoá Outubro Rosa will take place along the scenic Avenida Beira Mar III in Itapoá. The race offers both competitive and leisure options for runners of all levels with distances ranging from an 8K run to a more relaxed 3K walk route. Additionally, there's a special Kids event designed for young participants. The starting line is set at 7:00 AM near the skate park on Avenida Beira Mar III, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding landscape as runners begin their journey through this picturesque coastal city. Participants will enjoy well-marked routes that are entirely flat, making it ideal for both seasoned athletes looking to test their speed or newcomers aiming for a scenic run. Along the way, hydration stations will be available at key intervals—2K, 4K, and 6K—to ensure everyone stays refreshed throughout the race. The event is organized by Itapoá's Municipal Prefecture through its Department of Sports and Leisure, ensuring a well-organized experience with free entry for all participants. Race kits, including commemorative t-shirts, disposable chips, and bib numbers, can be picked up at designated locations both on-site and in advance from the local market. The day culminates not only with competitive races but also festive activities such as a special ceremony to award top finishers in various categories starting around 8:30 AM. The event promises an engaging morning of exercise and community spirit, perfect for runners looking to enjoy one of Brazil's most picturesque coastal towns.
