Courses Nature de Coupeau

Nature Run of Coupeau, set to take place on November 1, 2026, invites runners and nature enthusiasts alike to explore the scenic trails around Saint Berthevin. Organized by the Union Sportive de Saint Berthevin's Athletics Section, this event offers a range of distances suitable for all levels.
The main attraction is the challenging 15km course that departs at 9:00 AM from behind the Guinguette de Coupeau. This route winds through the picturesque countryside and features diverse terrain, providing runners with an immersive experience in nature's embrace. The event also includes a shorter but equally engaging 8km race starting at 9:30 AM.
For young athletes aged U14 to Benjamins (Benjamines), there is a special children’s course designed to introduce them to the joy of running and outdoor adventures.
Participants can pick up their bibs on Saturday afternoon from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM at a location yet to be determined. On Sunday morning, runners for both distances will collect their race materials between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM at the Coupeau site.
The registration deadline is Friday, October 29th, by 5:00 PM, after which no further entries can be accepted. At pick-up time, all participants must present a valid form of identification to receive their bibs and timing chips.
Given that the Coupeau site is designated as a sensitive natural area, the event has strict participant limits to preserve its ecological integrity. The 15km race caps at 270 runners while the 8km route accommodates up to 230 athletes.
Runners should note there are no aid stations along either course; refreshments will only be available upon reaching the finish line near the Guinguette de Coupeau.
