The Steven Burke Cycle Hub serves as the ideal setting for a flat course that caters equally well to seasoned athletes and newcomers alike. With four separate events scheduled throughout 2026, participants can choose from one race to an entire series of challenges. Start times kick off at 1pm with six races running consecutively every half hour until around 3:45 pm.
Competitors will be assigned start times based on their predicted finish time, ensuring a smooth and organized event experience. For those under the age of 14, there are dedicated junior races offering distances tailored to different age groups—u10 (1k), u12 (2k), and u14 (3k). These young runners will compete for medals in each race category, with presentations following the last junior event.
Parking on-site at the Sport Hub field is not available due to seasonal constraints; therefore, participants are advised to park responsibly along nearby roads. The venue provides portable toilets and water stations both before and after your run, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout the day.
Chip timing by 'TIME MY RACE' guarantees accurate results that will be linked with Run Britain and Power of 10 for all competitors. Entry on race day is possible only if space allows, costing £15 per participant.
