Rilevazione cronometrica ufficiale, strada chiusa al traffico, premi per i primi tre tempi migliori: gli ingredienti per vivere una giornata speciale ci sono tutti. Il ritrovo è alle ore 8.45 in località Laghetto a Montegrino Valtravaglia dove, per chi arriverà in auto, c'è a disposizione un ampio parcheggio. Proprio dal Laghetto inizia il segmento della cronometro: 4,45km fino alla vetta, con 301 metri di dislivello e una pendenza media del 6.8%.
