The Annual Print Deadline: December 15, 2026

To ensure your company branding is included on the physical Track A assets for the entire 2027 season (the 100+ Volunteer Tech Uniforms and the 8'x4' championship series banners), your digital agreement and vector logo must be submitted through this portal by December 15, 2026.

Digital-Only & 2027 Priority (Oct 1 – Dec 15)

Partnerships secured after the December 15th print deadline will immediately receive full digital fulfillment for the remainder of the 2026 season. Securing your tier during this window also guarantees your physical branding in the primary January 2027 full-year production run before public availability.

The Columbia Track Club is unifying our premier events into a single, high-impact sponsorship window. This includes our major championship races—the Heart of America Marathon (HOA) and Rock Bridge Revenge (RBR)—alongside our cornerstone community events: Summer Youth Track Series, Cheese and Sauerkraut, and our year-round group runs.

Your Track A Partnership makes you the brand behind the entire club—powering our timing systems, outfitting our 100+ volunteer workforce, and directly funding the CTC Scholarship for local athletes.

Note: We utilize this secure portal to capture your partnership agreement and collect your branding assets. We happily recognize in-kind donations at the corresponding tier levels.

2027 Club-Level Partnerships (Full-Year)

The Sponsorship Tiers

Presenting Partner — $10,000 (Limit: 1)

• Front & Sleeve Logo: Solo logo placement on the front chest and sleeve of the official volunteer tech shirts.
• Exclusive Feather Flag: Two 10 ft. vertical feather flags at the finish line of every Major Championship Races (HOA, RBR, Three Creeks)
• Corporate Tent: 10x10 Corporate Tent space at the HOA Marathon and RBR finish lines.
• Live Timing Branding: Exclusive "Presented By" logo on all digital live-timing results pages.
• Standalone Emails: Four (4) standalone email blasts (quarterly) sent to the 3000+ regional runner database.
• Speaking Rights: Microphone time to address the athletes at the HOA Marathon start line.
• Event Entries: 6 complimentary race entries to be used at any CTC event in 2027.
• Post-Race Credits: Logo featured on the end slate of any professional race recap videos produced.
• Banner Placement: Top-tier logo on the 8'x4' CTC Partner Banner (prominently displayed along the primary finish line fencing/chute).
• Celebration Perk: A dedicated table for your team at the CTC Annual Members Meeting/Celebration.
• Newsletter Shout-out: Inclusion in the monthly CTC member newsletter reaching 3,000+ local runners.

Due to the premium placement on the front chest and sleeve, a high-resolution Vector logo (.AI or .EPS) is required by the December 15th deadline.

Platinum Partner — $5,000 (Limit: 3)

• Top-Back Logo: Large logo placement on the Top Back (Premium Row) of the official volunteer tech shirts.
• Series Banner: Large prominent logo on the Top Row of the 8'x4' CTC Partner Banner.
• Event Presence: 10x10 space at the HOA Marathon and RBR finish lines.
• Finish Line Booth: Booth space at the HOA Marathon or RBR finish lines (space permitting).
• Packet Pick-up Booth: Booth space at the official packet pick-up for major races.
• Race Bag Access: Priority right to include a promotional item or flyer in physical participant race bags.
• Post-Race Credits: Logo featured on the end-slate of any professional race recap videos produced.
• Event Entries: 4 complimentary race entries to be used at any CTC event in 2027.
• Newsletter Shout-out: Inclusion in the monthly CTC member newsletter reaching 3,000+ local runners.

Gold Partner — $2,500 (Limit: 5)

• Mid-Back Logo: Mid-size logo placement on the Middle Back of the official volunteer tech shirts.
• Series Banner: Standard logo on the Middle Row of the 8'x4' CTC Partner Banner.
• Packet Insert Rights: Ability to include one (1) promotional flyer or item in the physical participant race bags.
• Event Entries: 3 complimentary race entry to be used at any CTC event in 2027.
• Event Presence: Shared space at the HOA Marathon finish line (space permitting).
• Newsletter Shout-out: Featured "Partner Spotlight" in the monthly CTC newsletter sent to our 3,000+ regional athlete database.

Silver Partner — $1,000 (Limit: 10)

• Bottom-Back Logo: Small logo or bold text placement on the bottom back of the official volunteer tech shirts.
• Series Banner: Small logo on the bottom row of the 8'x4' CTC Partner Banner.
• Event Entries: 2 complimentary race entries to be used at any CTC event in 2027.
• Website Listing: Listing on the CTC "Member Perks" digital hub.
• Newsletter Shout-out: Partner recognition in the monthly CTC newsletter reaching our 3,000+ athlete database.

Member Perk Partner — $250 (Unlimited)

Note for Bridge Partners: If you joined during the 2026 Bridge window, your 2027 renewal is already secured. You will be automatically imported into this portal as a 'Founder Partner' by October 15th. No further payment or action is required.

• Member Drive: Your business provides a dedicated discount or "perk" to our 300+ active CTC members.
• Website Listing: Business name and offer listed on the CTC "Member Perks" digital hub.
• Newsletter Shout-out: Inclusion in the monthly CTC member newsletter.

Note: This tier focuses on digital ROI and does not include apparel branding or complimentary race entries.

In-Kind Partnership (Value Declared at Checkout)

How the Exchange Works: The Columbia Track Club recognizes that professional services and race-day logistics are the backbone of our organization. We award club-wide partnership benefits based on the Fair Market Retail Value (FMRV) of your contribution.

Note: The "Presenting Partner" tier is reserved exclusively for financial investments. In-kind contributions are eligible for benefits up to the Platinum level.

Level 1: Community In-Kind ($500 - $999 Value)

• Member Drive: Business and contribution recognized in our monthly newsletter to our 300+ active members.
• Website Listing: Monthly inclusion in the CTC newsletter reaching 3,000+
• Digital Branding: Logo featured in the monthly CTC newsletter.
• Social Media Spotlight: One (1) dedicated "Partner Shout-out" post across CTC social media channels.

Logistics Note: This tier is fulfilled through digital assets only; it does not include placement on the Volunteer Tech Uniform or the 8'x4' Series Banner.

Level 2: Silver Club In-Kind ($1,000 - $2,499 Value)

• Availability: Limited to first 10 partners
• Volunteer Apparel: Small logo or bold text on the bottom back of the official 2027 CTC Volunteer Tech Uniform.
• Series Banner: Small logo on the "bottom row" of the 8'x4' CTC Partner Banner.
• Club Perk: 2 complimentary entries to be used at any 2027 CTC event.
• Digital Branding: Partner recognition in the monthly CTC newsletter reaching our 3,000+ athlete database.

Level 3: Gold Club In-Kind ($2,500 - $4,999 Value)

• Availability: Limited to first 5 partners

• Club Presence: Dedicated space within the CTC Registration Hub at HOA and RBR.

• Video Integration: Logo featured on the end-credits of professional race recaps (if/when produced).
