DC Peaks 100

The DC Peaks 100 is set to challenge the most seasoned ultrarunners in North Salt Lake, Utah on October 2nd, 2026. The event starts at Memory Grove near the Utah State Capitol in downtown Salt Lake City and finishes at Tunnel Springs Park in North Salt Lake, covering a total distance of 100 miles.
On race morning, runners will gather in urban Salt Lake City before heading north into Davis County’s rugged terrain. Starting early on Friday allows participants to acclimate to the cooler temperatures typically experienced during October mornings in Utah. The route includes significant elevation changes and varied trail conditions that reflect northern Utah's diverse landscape.
With roots dating back several years, the DC Peaks 100 has become a staple event for ultrarunners seeking extreme challenges. While most of the route consists of rugged singletrack, runners will also encounter some paved road segments near populated areas.

Packet pickup takes place Thursday from 2-6pm at the Farmington location. A shuttle will transport participants to the start line in Salt Lake City on Friday morning.
Participants must be present during packet pickup between 2 PM and 6 PM on Thursday, September 30th, or earlier if preferred. Packets include all necessary race materials such as bibs and timing chips required for participation. The starting location is Memory Grove near the Utah State Capitol building in Salt Lake City. Runners must be at least 18 years old to participate.
