DCC Fit Day

Join Team Hurricanes and Life Time Coral Gables for an evening dedicated to fitness, recovery, and community support. This special gathering aims to raise awareness and funds through physical activity while fostering a sense of unity among participants.
Participants have the option to choose between two engaging class experiences:
CTR (Core, Tone, Reform) – A brand-new offering from Life Time that integrates strength training, stability exercises, and athletic conditioning using specialized reformer equipment. This innovative session promises an intense workout tailored for all fitness levels.
Mat Fusion – Combining elements of Pilates, Barre, and Yoga, this class offers a balanced approach to improving overall body strength, flexibility, and mental focus. Perfect for those looking to enhance their mind-body connection while enjoying a dynamic workout routine.
All proceeds from the event will go directly towards supporting Team Hurricanes through the Dolphins Cancer Challenge (DCC), an initiative aimed at combating cancer by raising funds and awareness within the community.
Registration is mandatory for all attendees, with donations serving as both entry fees and contributions to personal fundraising efforts in support of the DCC cause. For additional details or inquiries, please reach out to Allison Mulder via email: allison.mulder@med.miami.edu.
This event offers a unique opportunity to contribute positively while engaging in activities that promote health and wellness.
