Join us for the Define Your Glow Run + Healing Expo, a powerful morning on the Long Beach waterfront celebrating movement, resilience, and community.
Whether you run, jog, walk, or participate virtually from anywhere in the world, this event is about the simple truth that movement helps us heal, reset, and reconnect with our strength.
The course is a flat, scenic out-and-back along the beach path — perfect for beginners, walkers, experienced runners, families, and dogs.

This event supports Define Your Glow, helping restore the home of founder Shannel, a certified run coach, 4 time IRONMAN finishers, and wellness coach whose home suffered severe damage after 27,000 gallons of water flooded the property.
Shanell has spent years helping others rebuild their strength — physically and emotionally — through movement and personal growth.
Now our community is coming together to help rebuild her space so that healing work can continue.
