Experience the NC Gravel Series, launching its inaugural season with three exhilarating races set for 2026. The series combines efforts with Trans-Sylvania Productions to offer you an unforgettable gravel racing experience across North Carolina's scenic landscapes. The first race of the series is scheduled for February 22nd at Uwharrie Forest Gravel Grinder, followed by Holly Shelter Gravel Grinder on March 28th. Packet pickup and registration will be available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Friday, with race-specific meetings at 8:15 AM for long course racers and 8:45 AM for short course racers. The races begin promptly at 8:30 AM for the long course and 9:00 AM for the short course. Post-race festivities include a meal served from 11:00 AM, with awards ceremonies for top three finishers in each category scheduled for 12:00 PM for short course racers and 1:00 PM for long course participants. Be prepared to tackle well-marked routes that may feature one or two aid stations along the way. Included in your registration is an event shirt (new this year, with a deadline of August 23rd), ensuring you stay comfortable on your journey through North Carolina's varied terrain. Enjoy post-race refreshments provided by Hi-Wire Brewing and relish the atmosphere created by local law enforcement present at major intersections for safety. For those looking to join in later races or transfer their registration, conditions apply: no transfers or deferrals are allowed under any circumstances unless your spot is filled from a waitlist. Refunds are available until May 31st of up to 75% and until July 31st of up to 50%, with full refunds only possible before this date.
