Dirt, Sweat, and Dip

On Sunday, September 13th, runners are invited to participate in the Dirt, Sweat & Dip event at Goleta Beach. This unique race follows the day after the She.is.beautiful (SIB) races and offers participants a chance to explore various distances on scenic coastal trails before enjoying some well-deserved relaxation.
The morning kicks off with an 8:30am start time for runners who can choose their own distance, ranging from a casual stroll to a full 5k journey. The route takes you through the lush landscapes and sandy paths of Goleta Beach, offering breathtaking ocean views at every turn. As you finish your run, take in the refreshing sea breeze or bask in the warmth of a barrel sauna before cooling off with a dip in the Pacific Ocean.
The event is designed to accommodate up to 100 participants, ensuring an intimate and enjoyable experience for all runners. After completing your distance, head over to the refreshment area where light snacks are provided along with water stations for hydration. Stretch out on designated mats or simply relax while taking in the serene beach atmosphere.
Each participant will receive a SIB towel as part of their entry package, making it easy to dry off and enjoy the post-race festivities. Whether you're looking for an invigorating run followed by some soothing relaxation or just want to soak up the coastal beauty at your own pace, this event offers something special for every runner.
