Dirtworx MTB Fest 2026

Experience the serene beauty and challenging terrain of Lake Shelbyville this September. The festival kicks off on Friday, September 18th with registration opening at Lone Point Campground from 5 PM onwards. While dinner isn't included for that evening, participants are encouraged to enjoy a lighted bike parade around the campground starting at 7 PM.
Saturday morning begins early as grab-and-go breakfasts will be available in the amphitheater from 6:30 AM. The day's first ride sets off promptly at 9 AM on Camp Camfield Trails—advanced riders depart earlier, ensuring everyone can enjoy their preferred pace and challenge level. A hearty lunch is provided under the pavilion for those who need a break.
Afternoon activities include another group ride at General Dacey Trail (again with advanced riders taking an early start), followed by engaging bike games and a scavenger hunt back in the amphitheater from 2 PM to 4 PM. The evening brings a feast of sustenance, featuring dinner served at the same location. Live music and bonfires will keep spirits high until late into the night.
On Sunday, open riding is available on both General Dacey and Camp Camfield Trails from 8 AM to noon. Start your day with a satisfying biscuit and gravy breakfast before exploring the trails or participating in any last-minute activities that may be announced (TBA). By 4 PM, it's time to wrap up as campsite closure follows.
