Dowagiac All Trail Turkey Trot

About This Event:

The 59th running of this classic All Trail Turkey Trot will return to the trails of Southwestern Michigan College – Dowagiac campus. The 10k and 5k will have a simultaneous start at 1:00PM and a kids fun run will start at 2:00PM. The race will use chip timing and all finishers who registered by November 8th will receive a long sleeve custom designed tech shirt at race check in. Late entries will get a shirt, either a current year's design or a previous year's design. The event is sponsored by Southwestern Michigan College and is being directed by Ron Gunn of Cairn Stone Adventure Tours. This is Pure Michigan's oldest Turkey Trot with the same race director.

Early Packet Pickup - Saturday November 21st 5:30-7:00PM Packet Pickup and Late Registration at SMC SAC (Student Activities Center), Dailey Road entrance, Dowagiac, MI
Race Day Packet Pickup - Sunday November 22nd @ Noon to 12:45 pm, SMC SAC (Student Activities Center), Dailey Road entrance, Dowagiac, MI
Race Time - 1:00 pm
10K and 5K Starts at 1:00 pm ** The Start will be a mass start of all participants at 1:00 pm**
Kid's Fun Run at 2:00 pm

Event Registration Fees:

Early Registration - $25.00 Until November 8, 2026 (11:59 pm) Guaranteed a 2026 custom design tech shirt
Late Registration - $30.00 November 9, 2026 (12:00 am) to November 22, 2026 (Race Day) Shirt may be current design or prior year

Tee Shirts:

Tee Shirts are a custom long sleeve technical wicking fabric. (Register by November 8th)

Awards:

Custom wood laser cut medal for 1st place finishers in all age divisions
Medals awarded to 2nd & 3rd place finishers in each of following age divisions:
5K Run/Walk - 12 and Under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 & Over
10K Run/Walk - 19 and Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 & Over

Timing and scoring will be provided by Mac's Sports Timing. Results will be LIVE to RunSignUp and posted during the event.
