About the Event

This online registration system ensures that all participants adhere to official regulations for timing and results management during the competition. Prior to signing up, every racer must obtain a valid license or day pass through the appropriate channels; exceptions apply specifically for casual recreational events involving wider tires.
To secure your place in any listed race, make sure you have acquired the necessary credentials directly from Rad-Net's licensing portal at https://lizenzen.rad-net.de/. Timing during races typically relies on transponder technology. Each participant will need to attach their assigned transponder securely to the front wheel fork facing the jury bus side for accurate data collection throughout the event.
Transponders are exclusively provided by RSV-Timing and must be returned after completion of the race at the bib distribution point; failure to do so may result in additional fees. To conserve battery life, participants not currently racing should avoid lingering near finish lines while carrying transponders. Proper positioning for starting is generally two meters ahead of the finish line, centrally aligned under the finishing arch unless otherwise specified.
For clear identification by race officials, bib numbers must be displayed upright and easily readable on a racer’s back with reflective tape running horizontally across them facing towards the jury bus area during competition times. This ensures smooth communication between racers and staff while maintaining fair play throughout all stages of the event.
