Immerse yourself in the rugged beauty of Elba Island through an ultra-trail adventure that challenges both body and spirit. The race begins at dawn from Marciana Marina, leading runners along granite paths and across scenic ridges offering panoramic views of the Tuscan Archipelago.
The flagship event is the 58-kilometer Elba Trail, which ascends a total elevation gain of 3000 meters, testing endurance as you traverse between sea level and the island's highest peaks. This route offers an immersive experience in the Mediterranean scrubland, with moments of solitude and awe-inspiring vistas.
For those seeking a more focused challenge, the Sky Race spans 28 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1600 meters. Designed for mountain running specialists, this technical course is part of the Tuscan Championship (FiSky members only) and provides a fast-paced run through some of Elba's most dramatic landscapes.
A shorter yet equally scenic option is available: a 14-kilometer route that begins in historic Marciana before finishing on the waterfront at Marciana Marina. This dynamic course features an elevation gain of just 500 meters, making it ideal for runners looking to enjoy the island’s beauty without the full ultra-trail commitment.
For those who wish to experience Elba's natural splendor at a more leisurely pace, there is also a walking route covering 14 kilometers. This non-competitive option allows participants to savor the stunning scenery and soak in the atmosphere of this unique event.
