Elevate OT & Fit Anniversary 5K

Since its launch last year, Elevate OT & Fit has been committed to empowering individuals through strength-building exercises and fostering a sustainable wellness lifestyle.
This event is more than just a race; it’s a vibrant gathering that emphasizes movement, connection, and personal growth. Whether you’re an avid runner or prefer walking at your own pace, everyone is welcome—from beginners who are stepping out for the first time to seasoned athletes looking to push their limits. Virtual participants can also join in from anywhere around the world.
Upon arrival, expect a warm, inclusive atmosphere where like-minded individuals come together to support each other’s fitness journeys. Post-run refreshments and hydration stations will be available so you can refuel after your efforts.
