Endurance Swim Session (50m)

Enhance your swimming endurance and technique at Manchester Aquatics Centre on select Saturdays from October to December. The sessions, held from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM, take place every two weeks starting with the first session on Saturday, October 17th.
Located in Ardwick, the centre's state-of-the-art 50m basement training pool offers an ideal environment for swimmers of all levels (except novices) looking to improve their skills. Under the guidance of experienced and qualified swim coaches, participants will receive valuable stroke feedback, specific drills tailored to individual needs, and sample sessions designed to enhance overall performance.
These endurance swims are not just about pushing limits; they also provide a fun and informative atmosphere where improvements are guaranteed with consistent attendance. Each session offers an opportunity for swimmers to refine their techniques in a supportive environment that encourages growth and development.
Spaces are limited, so early registration is recommended to secure your spot at these valuable training sessions. Note that there will be no transfers or refunds once the swims have been booked.
