Endurance Swim Session (50m)

Experience an exhilarating 90-minute endurance swimming session at Manchester Aquatics Centre, located on Booth Street East in Ardwick. These sessions take place every other Saturday from October through December and continue into April, offering swimmers the opportunity to push their limits in a supportive environment.
Each session is held from 16:00 to 17:30 and takes advantage of the centre's impressive 50m basement training pool. Under the guidance of experienced and qualified swim coaches, participants can expect personalized stroke feedback, specific drills designed for improvement, and sample swim sessions that enhance overall swimming technique.
While attendance at every session is not mandatory, consistent participation promises significant improvements in your endurance and skill level. The program accommodates all levels except novices, ensuring a tailored experience regardless of individual proficiency.
