To participate, you must be a current ERC ELITE member or attain this status before joining the trip. The non-refundable registration fee is $50 per person, which secures your reservation for accommodations provided by the club beyond your initial deposit payment. Transportation to Nashville is not included in the package and must be arranged independently.
The weekend promises an array of running opportunities with scenic routes around Nashville’s historic neighborhoods and parks. The city's rich cultural scene also offers plenty of entertainment options after a day on the trails, from live music venues to museums celebrating Tennessee’s musical heritage.
Participants are responsible for their own food and additional activities during the trip. For those looking to extend their experience beyond casual running, there will be opportunities to register for local races or events such as charity runs supporting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital through Chronotrack registration services.
