Immerse yourself in the eerie beauty of Turtle River State Park during our annual Extreme North Dakota Terrifying Run Amongst Innumerable Lost Souls. This Halloween-themed trail run offers an unforgettable experience for both solo competitors and relay teams, challenging runners to navigate a course that combines winding single-track trails with stretches of fast double track and undulating terrain.
The event features three distinct race formats: the Zombie 6/12/24-Hour, where participants can test their endurance by racing alone over periods ranging from six hours up to an entire day; the Skeleton Army relay events for teams of up to four runners who take turns completing laps under either a 12-hour or 24-hour time limit; and the Imp race, which is a single-lap trail run approximately 10 kilometers long. The course winds through scenic North Dakota landscapes, offering glimpses of nature’s splendor while maintaining an element of spooky fun.
Whether you're looking to push your limits in solitude for several hours or join forces with teammates to tackle the challenge together, this event promises a unique blend of physical exertion and thrilling atmosphere.
