Faithful 5k

Experience faith, fitness, and community at the inaugural Faithful 5K on August 15th starting at 8am in Greenbrier, Arkansas! This unique event is designed for everyone—runners, joggers, walkers, families with young children, and anyone looking to connect their physical journey with a spiritual one. Whether you choose to participate virtually via the Runkeeper app or join us in person at Matthew's Park, this 5K offers an enriching experience.
The race route takes runners through the heart of Greenbrier’s scenic neighborhood, starting from Matthews Park before heading out onto Glenn Lane and back again for a total distance of 3.1 miles. The park will come alive with vendors offering refreshments and promotions as you prepare to start your run or walk. For those participating in person, there are restrooms available at the park entrance near the playground.
Registration includes an event t-shirt and finisher medal for individual participants who join Coach Alex and the Faithful Fitness crew on race day. Families can save by registering together; up to eight family members or teammates may register as a group, each receiving their own shirt and medal (Children 9 years old and under are welcome to participate at no cost). Unregistered runners will not be timed officially but can still enjoy the event.
Virtual participants have from 5am to 5pm CST on August 15th to complete their run or walk. To submit results, virtual racers should screenshot their completed route in Runkeeper and follow instructions provided via email to upload their proof of completion for a chance at receiving a t-shirt and medal separately during registration.
A portion of the proceeds from this event will support THREE18, a local non-profit that uses sports as a platform to inspire leadership and faith development. By joining us on race day or participating virtually, you’ll be contributing directly to their mission while enjoying an inspiring morning with fellow participants.
