About the Event

Are you looking to mix up your running routine? Let us take you on the trails with this fun, 4-week trail training program. This program is open to beginner and experienced trail runners alike. The main objective is to explore our local trail systems together with running coach-led workouts and enjoying the Fall foliage!

Workouts: Sundays at 9:00am beginning September 27th until October 18th
Meeting Location: The Cove at Concord Park (10901 South Northshore Drive Knoxville, TN 37922)
Q&A Session: Thursday, September 17th at 6:00pm. This open-to-all discussion will be followed by a Open Group Walk/Run at 6:30pm.
Gear Up Week: Special discounts just for training program members the first week of training.
Participants Receive:
- A weekly coach led training session with hydration provided at the trails by The Cove
- Weekly Email from the coach with tips, advice and motivation/encouragement to help you along the way
- Program t-shirt courtesy of Hoka
- The opportunity to test Hoka trail shoes

And you can earn your registration fee back! All registrants who attend 3 out of 4 of the group runs will receive a $25 coupon redeemable at Fleet Feet Knoxville.
