The event kicks off with a historic first: the UCI Gravel World Championships Qualifier in Finland on Day 1. Participants can choose between two challenging routes—the longer 175km course or the more moderate 100km option—both of which are officially sanctioned by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI). The 175km route is open to elite and age-group riders up to 44 years for women and 49 years for men, while all other age groups can compete in the 100km distance.
Registration for this event offers flexibility with various payment options. Riders can pay online via bank transfer or credit card directly through the Nordic Gravel Series/Breakawaycc account. In Finland, sports vouchers from Edenred, Smartum, and ePassi are also accepted; simply provide your personal details along with any dietary requirements and UCI license information if applicable.
