Family Fun Bubble Run/Walk

Join the Family Fun Bubble Run on Saturday, September 12, 2026, for an unforgettable day of laughter and healthy competition at Villago Park. This family-friendly race offers both a 5K walk/run and a shorter 1K distance designed to cater to all ages and fitness levels.
The event kicks off with registration starting at 6:30 AM, providing ample time to collect your packet and prepare for the day ahead. The main attraction is the vibrant atmosphere that includes live music, colorful bubbles, and plenty of opportunities to dance along the course. Participants will enjoy a mix of asphalt, concrete, and dirt trails as they navigate through Villago Park's scenic pathways.
All finishers receive custom event medals and dri-fit tech shirts, while top three age group winners in each division from 8 & Under up to 80+ years old are awarded special recognition at the post-race ceremony. The race is chip-timed by StartLine Racing, ensuring accurate results that will be available online shortly after crossing the finish line.
Before and after the event, attendees can indulge in a complimentary "Athlete's Brunch," featuring granola bars, fresh fruit, water, Gatorade, and other healthy snacks to fuel up or cool down. The park remains open for public use during the race, so participants are encouraged to bring their strollers, leashed pets, and wheelchairs.
The Family Fun Bubble Run is more than just a race; it's an opportunity to support local initiatives that make a positive impact on the community through programs such as Hot Lunch for the homeless/needy, Afterschool Programs, Los Angeles de Esperanza, MACC wellness clinics, and a thriving community garden.
Registration fees are $45 for the 5K distance and $35 for the 1K run. Pre-register online to secure your preferred shirt size or arrive early on race day to ensure availability.
