Course Details

George Wyth State Park near Waterloo, IA, featuring well-maintained trails through woods, prairie, and along lakefront sections. A single loop of runnable dirt single track, ideal for newcomers to trail running or those seeking a fast effort. the 25K, two-loop course, adds a pacing and endurance challenge without technical overly terrain. Support & Aid

Limited aid stations: Runners should carry their own hydration and nutrition, as on-course support is minimal. Aid station locations: Available at the start/finish area and at the beginning of the second loop for 25K runners. What’s provided: Water, electrolyte, and fuel options available—bring your preferred nutrition and gear. Self-sufficiency encouraged: This is a low-support race; plan accordingly for your personal needs on course.
